Refund Policy

• This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances except under specific situations due to unforeseen circumstances that is subjected after review and approval.

Unaccepted payments

• We may not accept purchases due to unavailability of stock or other unforeseen reasons. Payments made for these purchases made will be refunded in full.

Illegal Transactions

• Refunds for any payments deemed suspicious by the Police or relevant authorities and put under investigation may be frozen until the relevant investigating authorities authorise a release of funds.
