The new McLaren 720S is already well on its way to achieving cult status, joining the legendary McLaren P1 in the Lego Speed Champions range of model cars. The Lego Speed Champions McLaren 720S, accompanied by a car designer mini figure and design studio desk, complete with coffee cup, original design sketch and 3D-printed model car, will be available to buy from 1st June. Builders aged seven and above and supercar enthusiasts alike can show off their design skills and build this awesome model, then put on a racing helmet and switch from supercar designer to racing driver. The imagination and complexity required to create a representation of the aerodynamically shrink-wrapped, sculpted body shape of the 720S, meant that it took a Lego designer a year to perfect and freeze the design of the new model. The real McLaren 720S was unveiled on 7th March at the Geneva International Motor Show, introducing the second generation McLaren Super Series and raising established limits in the supercar sector. Powered by a new, twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 engine developing 720bhp, the new McLaren supercar accelerates from standstill to 200km/h in just 7.8 seconds and has a maximum speed of 341km/h.

The Aston Martin Vantage GT8, the lightest and most powerful V8 Vantage ever, has arrived in Singapore. The Vantage GT8 is a 150-unit limited edition model, which has already been sold out worldwide. Inspired and influenced by the 2016 Aston Martin V8 Vantage GTE race car, the Vantage GT8 is a true thoroughbred, with its dramatically sculpted carbon fibre bodywork shaped by race-bred aerodynamic function. With a super sharp chassis tuned for track-focused agility, powered by a revised 440bhp version of Aston Martin’s rousing 4.7-litre V8 and available with a choice between a six-speed manual and seven-speed Sportshift II paddle-shift transmissions, the Vantage GT8 has unmistakable style, a no nonsense stance and a driving experience that’s second to none. The Aston Martin Vantage GT8 is now on public display at the Aston Martin Singapore showroom, located at 45 LengKee Road. The car on display is the one and only unit allocated to Singapore, which has been accounted for by a local car collector.
